You use the green onions too or just the pinapple? Honey barbecue sauce or just the delicious unadulterated bacon?

Onions? Hell no, not with pineapple, no BBQ, soaked them in teriyaki two days, then when they were on the pit, poured some leftover pineapple juice on them. Really good!

But honestly, you need some hot ones too (they were just too sweet for my taste) like we had at my place for dove season, just something about being in Texas, you gotta have jalapenos! Anyone who likes sweet stuff, would love these!

Again, that would be great on the spicy duck, but not the sweet duck.

Spicy duck/dove gets shredded cheese and sour cream.

Anyone put ducks on a rotisserie? My wife got one for Christmas and we have injected some duck and put them on it. They were great. Next she put some on the skewers with bacon and Jalepenos and they were even better!

From the pictures I have seen of you guys hunting, there is no doubt that you know your way around a plate. May I suggest brushing those kabobs with a little Kikkoman Thai Style Chili Sauce during the last few minutes of grilling. It is a spicy mix and will work well with duck that has been marinated in soy or terriyaki. If you put it on too early though, it will burn do to the sugar content.

Did some up this year using fresh banana pepper instead of jalepeno. I love japs but I liked the banana pepper ones better.
