and it does not involve cheese jalepenos or anything else that hides the flavor.
Not going to take credit for this found it in a book and decided to try it....
Warning: I only use measurements when I build shit and when people go to jail not for cooking!!!!
Took 6 ducks (mallets, gads, wigeon, and a teal)
Cut in strips diagnal across the grain into 1/2"-3/4"
One red neck tupperware (country crock butter bowl)
Worchester sauce pour in maybe 1/8" deep
Extra virgin olive oil...now its 1/2" deep
Aregano prolly a tablespoon maybe 2
Basil same as aregano
Red pepper (as much as you can take, I used what I thought was perfect amount but remember I did not measure it!!!)
Black pepper
I put all the ducks in it and put in the frig for about 5 hours while I cleaned other stuff and took a nap.
Cook on a gas grill until they bleed then flip and cook till there done. These ducks where killed on a tuesday morning cleaned then cooked on Friday night. SLAP YO MOMMA GOOD RIGHT THERE.
Let me know how it turns out
